WELCOME TO THE POWER OF OZONE

I'm Paola and I'm an ozone junkie.

Ozone is a pretty cool gas. It will kill every bacteria, virus, fungus, yet if kept at a low enough dosage it will be beneficial to humans. It's used to disinfect water, treat cancer, auto-immune conditions, or make your refrigerator smell fresh.

Ozone is electrified oxygen. It naturally occurs in nature after lightning strikes or when oxygen is exposed to sunlight.

Ozone is beautiful, pure, simple.

Yet it can deliver a powerful punch if one doesn't show it the respect it deserves.

I'm here to guide you through the process of buying the right ozone equipment, putting it together, and using it, and all that in a dummy proof step-by-step process. To help you not get punched in the face by ozone. Because it's not fun when it happens. In my 11+ years of dealing with this gas I received a few blows and I learned how to dodge them. Now I'm here to show you how to stay in the safe o-zone.

And if after watching all the videos, reading all the information, and looking at the drawings, you still have doubts about how to use your machine, you can book a skype session with me and I will show you live how to make it work. So that you can also become an ozone junkie ;-).

If you're a novice to home ozone treatments, I recommend reading the following links first:

What is ozone therapy?

How to protect yourself from breathing ozoneVERY IMPORTANT

How is ozone produced?

Connectors and tubings in ozone equipment

Once you got that covered, you have options. You can either pick from a list of ozone applications (hover over “Protocols” in the menu above) to learn about the various ways how to use ozone equipment at home, or you can go straight to the equipment section. There is more to come though, so stay tuned …

The idea for this website was born out of the many questions, ideas, and calls for simpler information, mostly from people in the Facebook group “Ozone to Health”. This is where I derive my ideas and inspiration from. I realized that there was a need for this kind of resource, so I decided to answer the call. The information presented here is born out of a dynamic process. The more feedback and questions you give, the better this page can serve people who are interested in taking their health into their own hands.

Let me know what you think.

Welcome to the o-zone!

    Hi Alice,

Hope all is well. I know you don't offer medical advice, but I need help. I had 13 ozone sessions with a doctor in NYC doing DIV. His protocol called for vitamin C in high doses and started at 20 cc @ 55 gamma. We had to reduce it to 40 gamma because I have asthma. Slowly we worked back upto 30 cc @ 50 gamma, but it was too much for me. I had to go on prednisone therapy twice because of acute bronchitis and I felt my lungs started to get better until we hit the higher gammas. As of right now I am feeling very fatigued and I feel my symptoms of OCD have worsened. Ozone is the only thing that makes me feel better, but hours later I feel horrible and I am feeling horrible atm. I tried to reach out to Dr. Shallanberger but he wont talk to me without a hefty consult fee and disagrees with the DIV method. The NYC practice told me I have small veins and they cant do MAH or 10 pass. I had stopped taking vitamin C (not liposomal) in excess on days I wasn't doing therapy because i've read studies on vitamin C affecting muscular endurance and disrupting normal cell DNA, which i've been told is big Pharma nonsense. What is your take on all this? I do have amalgam fillings and haven't done any detox program. I thought ozone was supposed to make me feel better and I have poor circulation and inflammatory problems in addition to mild OCD. Prolozone shots have not helped my knees as of yet as well. I've also had IV phlebitis which subsided in 2 weeks nearly a month ago. Please shed some light on this manner at your convenience.

      HI Mike,

I don't know who you are addressing with Alice … ?
It's often difficult to impossible to give any valuable advise based on a comment.
I would recommend to anyone removing amalgam fillings though. They can cause inflammation.
Which may explain your lack of success with ozone, I don't know.
There are many other things to check for. Which one would have to go through one by one.

Hi Paola! Thanks for your blog. Very complete and interesting!!
My doctor recommended me to do 10 sessions of rectal ozone therapy to treat cronic candidosis.
But from what I understand, Ozone therapy kills good bacteria too.
This part scares me a little bit!
I m not sure that flushing everything (I mean bad bacteria but also the good ones) is the best option?
I have cronic candidosis, celiac disease, high aluminium & medium mercury intoxication, light hypotiroidism, psoriasis.

I m afraid that if we kill all good bacterias, the risk of beeing invaded again by the bad ones is high.
Thanks in advance for giving your point of view!

      Hi Mary,

I do best when asked very specific questions.
With the situation you're describing a multi factor approach may be necessary, not just one thing like ozone.
There is no evidence that rectal insufflations will kill “all good bacteria”, just like there is no evidence that it won't do any damage to the gut biome.
      We simply don't know.
There are indications, that ozone can help with candida.
Whether it can completely eradicate it, I don't know.
There is also the idea that mercury toxicity causes candidiasis, so without doing a mercury chelation program, ozone therapy may not do much.

HELLO PAOLA I WANT TO CONSULT YOU. READING YOUR PAGE I WANT TO KNOW IF YOU ARE AGAINST THE TEN PASS, FOR THE TECHNIQUE FOR THE COST? IN THIS MOMENT I CAN ACCESS TO MAKE IT WITH A PRICE ACCESSIBLE FOR ME, THE THEME ARE THESE DETOX REACTIONS SO STRONG THAT GAVE ME, I DID SUBCUTANEOUS INJECTIONS WITH HEPARINE AND IT DID NOT GIVE ME ANYTHING OF REACTION NOTHING. THE PLATELETS DID NOT DOWN AFTER THERAPY. WHAT YOU FEEL NOW READING YOUR BLOG IS MUCH INTESTINAL ARDOR MOCOS IN THE THROAT AND CERTAIN DIAPHONY, THAT ALTERS MY NIGHT SLEEP AND MY MIND. BUT AFTER TWO WEEKS BETWEEN SESSION AND SESSION ARE PASSED. MAY IT BE A DETOX REACTION? MY FIRST 3 SESSIONS WERE A WONDER MORE ENERGY BETTER TO SLEEP.
I APPRECIATED YOUR OPINION. I WAS WAITING FOR MANY YEARS TO ACCESS THIS

      Hi Luisa,

I have trouble understanding your message.
But in general no, I'm not against the 10 pass. I'm not against any ozone modality.
Sorry, but the rest of your message is not clear enough for me to be able to say something of value.

    Hi Paola,

I always thought that Vit C was a pro-oxidant at high/mega doses, especially given IV. However, I'm reading Primal Panacea, and the author says Vit C is always an antioxidant, regardless of the dose. I'm wondering, if high dose Vit C is an antioxidant, do ozone and Vit C cancel each other since, if I'm correct, ozone is a pro-oxidant.

    Thanks,
    Mike

      Hi Mike,

it appears that Vit C in high doses is in fact a pro-oxidant which stimulates the production of hydrogen peroxide, H2O2, which is probably what gives it its anti-cancer properties.

Still, what one observes is that people who overdose on ozone when they're given Vit C right away, it immediately cancels out the adverse reaction to ozone, which leads to the conclusion that Vit C does indeed cancel ozone out. For that reason, I personally would space Vit C and ozone out by several hours.

    Hello Paola,
I've recently started the ozonated oil breathing and ozonated water protocols. I'm happy to report I am enjoying good results. I am interested in adding an iodine supplement and wanted to be sure there would be no conflict with the ozone protocols…

this is the iodine supplement I plan on using…

      Hi Glenn,
      I am not sure.
If I had to guess, I would say it should be fine …
But I would not take too much of it.
500mcg per day should be plenty, or at least that's what Andrew Cutler used to recommend.

Hi Paola. Really like your videos and website. When you did the ozonated saline IV in Russia.

    1. How many ml saline did they use?
    2. How long did they ozonate the saline before starting the IV?
    3. How long to complete the saline IV session?
    4. You mention it was between 1 to 2 mg/ml. Do you think is possible to use between 3 – 4 mg/ml for saline IV?

Thank you so very much ahead of time.

      Hi Fred,

      1. They used 250 ml saline if I recall correctly.
      2. They didn't, or maybe just for some moments, just as long as it took to finish setting up the equipment. The saline was basically being ozonated during the IV.
      3. I don't recall, but it wasn't long. Maybe 10 min?
      4. Yes, I think so. I think 1 to 2 mcg/ml is too low. Apparently, practitioners in the West use much higher concentrations with good effect.

hi paola im happy to read all the things you made in your blog. i know many sources say this and that about ozone, but you are descibe all the things from your journey in ozone.

anyway, i have seen that you are the one who use EBOO method to use ozone. i have read from some place regarding madrid declaration that EBOO is an old school mechanism to use ozone.

I'm not a doctor, but since we are a same junkie, i need to know from your perception about EBOO and Ozonosan technology in ozone.

I hope you had a time to reply this.

    Thank you

I have never had EBOO performed on myself. Maybe you mean something else?
I also have no experience with Ozonosan except for a workshop I attended where it was demonstrated.

      Hi mozart,
in most places one does not need a medical license to buy an oxygen tank or an oxygen concentrator.
      Where are you located?

Hi Sergio, many doctors use the machines presented here https://thepowerofozone.com///equipment/ozone-generators/ for IVs (except the first one, the Stratus 2.0). Those are all non-medical machines. They're officially water purifiers. So if you decide to use them for other purposes than water purification, you'll do so on your own risk …

IV surely should only be undertaken by a qualified Medic with many years experience in IV O3 administration and in a setting where any unwanted sequelae can be adequately dealt with, it should not be used by lay people in my opinion.
