I received a phone call right away from the seller and everything was cleared up. The cylinder I received was as fresh as can be. Ordered in March and received a cylinder from March, 2020.
Like prooane, welding tanks and all high pressure tanks. You have 2 choices lease or buy. ALWAYS BETTER TO Buy. Now once you have ur tank there's 100% chance it's used, scratched, dinged up. Like propane we r going to use the contents then trade the tank I straight across for another one. All u pay is the gas price probably 22 bucks.
To find a trade in place that's easy. Any welding supply will or should have medical grade gas as well as all others. Call b4 going to be sure they have gas and a trade tank. No one got ripped off buying these you just don't know how the system works. These tanks have a date just like propane usually 12yrs. When u trade ur gunna get a tank that has different dates every time. Make sure who ur buying from honors there tanks weather or not the date is expired. Generally hardly anyone does that. We have one that does called CENTRAL WELDING. AS LONG AS HERE STICKER IS ON THE TANK IT CAN BE 29URS OLD THEY'LL TRADE IT FOR NO FEE TO RECERTIFY AND TEST.
GOODLUCK EVERYONE. always buy a tank don't lease one. USE CENTRAL if u have one local.
