Ozone Water for Enema vs. Rectal insufflation?
Glad to find your website and have been reading some of your material. I’ve always wondered how well Ozone Therapy works and want to learn more. I understand that you are not a big fan of rectal insufflation, but I’m wondering your thoughts on the efficacy of ozone water enemas. Do you think it would work as well, worse, better? I’m overdue for a colonoscopy and am scheduled for one in a few days. Just trying to prepare ahead of time should they find anything of significance.
I’m also very interested in DIV and wondering how much it would improve my health. Would love to chat more with you on these and am happy to book a consultation with you to learn more.

I think water enemas are a great alternative to rectal insufflations. BUT: for ozonated water to be effective, it needs to be cold, which during an enema can cause discomfort and contractions which could impede the efficacy ... But in general, I think they would be comparable to insufflations.
Whether DIV or any type of ozone treatment would improve your health, this largely depends on what you are dealing with specifically, but also on your personal response. This unfortunately can not be determined in advance, one has to try it out ...
