This is a summary of my interview with Ramona which you can watch in its entirety here.

During our talk Ramona detailed her experience with home ozone treatments to treat advanced cervical cancer.

Here are the key points:

How was she diagnosed?

Ramona woke up one morning in August 2018 and found that she was bleeding profusely. She first went to the ER and then to a gynecologist who performed a pap smear. The result showed that she had squamous cell carcinoma on her cervix with extensive necrotic tissue.

According to her doctor, the tumor was advanced, inoperable, and around 2 to 3 inches big.

The gynecologist advised her to visit an oncologist whom she saw a year later in September 2019. The cancer specialist urged her to do a CAT scan and a deep tissue biopsy and wanted to treat her with chemotherapy and radiation.

She refused all of it and instead started treating herself at home.

16 years prior to the cancer diagnosis she was found to have HPV, human papillomavirus. Even earlier than that she was diagnosed with dysplasia. She successfully treated both conditions with the help of a meat based diet according to the metabolic typing approach.

Has she used conventional cancer treatments?

No. Ramona did not use chemotherapy, radiation, nor surgery. She rejected all the conventional treatment and diagnostic options which were offered to her.

Her doctor wanted to perform a CAT or PET scan and a deep tissue biopsy. She refused those as well.

What symptoms did she have?

Ramona did not suffer from any symptoms which she could directly attribute to cancer before the sudden onset of bleeding in August 2018 at the age of 62 years.

Before her diagnosis, she suffered from a long list of diffuse symptoms like insomnia, depression, anxiety, weakness, feeling tired, fogginess, and impaired digestion, none of which she associated with the tumor.

She says that the sudden onset of acute symptoms is typical for cervical cancer and  is the reason why it is called the “the silent killer”.

After August 2018 she experienced nearly daily bleeding in addition to all the other symptoms plus cramps, pain, and vaginal discharge.

How did she use ozone?

Ramona used two types of ozone treatments: ozone suppositories and vaginal ozone insufflations.

She started doing vaginal insufflations at the beginning of December 2019 at an ozone concentration of 41 mcg/ml and an oxygen flow of 1/8 LPM.

She performed them directly by letting the gas flow in straight from the machine without the use of a bag or catheter.

The duration was increased gradually, starting with 5 minutes and then up to 30 minutes once per day.

In order to protect herself from breathing ozone, she was using a mask.

What did she experience after the ozone administration?

At the beginning Ramona was doing the insufflations even when she was bleeding. In that time she experienced some stinging and bubbling. She soldiered through and after a while the treatments felt warm, comfortable, and welcoming, she said.

After the first ozone insufflation she woke up the next morning and was bleeding more profusely than usual. But she was not alarmed because it felt good and as if the tumor had “popped” and bled out. It left her with a feeling of profound well-being.

After this incident the bleeding stopped for a while but not entirely and the number of bleeding days kept continuously diminishing.

Ramona kept a diary of how many days per month she was experiencing bleeding:

December 2018 – 27 bleeds

January 2019 – 12 bleeds

March 2019 – 18 bleeds

April 2019 – 10 bleeds

June 2019 – 11 bleeds

July 2019 – 7 bleeds

December 2019 – 20 bleeds (begins with O3 insufflations)

January 2020 – 11 bleeds

February 2020 – 2 bleeds

March 2020 – 4 bleeds, tiniest dots

April 2020 – nothing, did VI every day

May 2020 – nothing, was told no more cancer on the 14th.

Ramona has been free of bleeding since April 2020. She keeps doing the insufflations once to twice a week as an upkeep.

What else did she do?

Apart from vaginal ozone insufflations, Ramona also used pancreatic enzymes, many different vitamins and supplements, Boswellia (frankincense), bindweed, and followed a low carb, high-fat, meat-based diet.

The supplements and pancreatic enzymes were suggested by a doctor who was using Dr. Nicholas Gonzales’ approach. Ramona would take up to 30 to 40 pills with enzymes and over 150 different vitamin capsules every day. Everything was specifically tailored to her situation.

In addition she used Baicaline, a Chinese herb, mixed with hump fat which she inserted vaginally.

Bindweed was recommended to her to stop the blood flow to the tumor.

Ramona also followed a Lyme protocol of a bio-energetics therapist for 3 months.

What diet did Ramona follow?

Throughout her treatments Ramona has been enjoying a meat based, low carb, high fat diet which was recommended to her by a metabolic typing advisor more than 10 years ago.

She cut out potatoes, eliminated sugar, stayed away from fruit for a year (now eats it only sporadically), and stopped red meat for the first 6 months.

In addition to animal protein she was consuming home made “fat bombs” which consisted of coconut oil, ghee, and sometimes nut butters.

As sweeteners she used stevia and apple molasses.

Is she now cancer free?

Ramona is completely symptom free and has been since April 2020, so she assumes that the cancer is gone. This has not been verified by a gynecologist or oncologist yet, but it's something she is planning on doing in the future.

Ramona's bio-energetics doctor says that she can not detect any cancer any more.

Is she still doing ozone?

Yes, Ramona still continues with vaginal ozone insufflations once or twice a week as an upkeep.

Help!!! vaginal insufflation is causing intense itching for hours and driving me crazy. What can I do to calm vaginal itching from ozone treatment. I tried a lot of things, nothing is working, everything is only making the itching worse. OMG!!!

      Hi Jen,

This may be an indication for either copper toxicity or vitamin A overload or some form of cholestasis (blocked bile flow).

This would warrant a longer discussion and a look at any possible supplements you are taking and your diet, but also other factors like history of copper IUD, birth control pills etc.

Paola Dziwetzki, Is there any way I could speak to Ramona? I have the exact same cancer.

Any updates? Did she confirm with the relevant medical professionals that the cancer is gone?

      Hi David,

She wrote to me some time ago and said that the bleeding had started again and that the cancer had come back ….
I just wrote to her asking if there are any news.
So, let's see what she'll say.

I would like to do bladder insufflation for bladder cancer tumors, started today 5min at the 40ul setting. Thinking daily is okay? Also ordered catheter to try bladder insertion in the future. Need info source for that.

      Hi Rebecca,

I assume you mean you did vaginal insufflations for 5 min at 40 ug/ml? If so, that's a good start and you can increase over time to 20 to 30 min/day.

As to bladder insufflation: insert catheter, drain urine, fill a sterile syringe with 60 cc ozone at 20 to 40 mcg/ml ozone concentration and inject into bladder. You can introduce up to 120 cc of ozone gas. Alternatively, you can also ozonate water at 80 to 100 mcg/ml, pull it up in a syringe and do bladder rinses with the ozonated water. The water rinses will likely be gentler and sting less.

Let me know how it goes.

      2 questions:
      1. how did she do insufflation without catheter … or just a type?

      2. would you still use a catheter to do the bladder rinse with ozonated water or would you just need to stick the syringe tube (without needle) into the urethra and …push?

    • Paola Dziwetzki

      Hi Brian,

      1. She did use a catheter, she said so in the interview,
      2. I probably would still use the catheter, but if the other method works, why not?

  5. Mike

Has she verified that the cancer is gone by a gynecologist or oncologist yet? I dont doubt it but ozone skeptics will want to know.

      Hi Mike,

she was about to, but then the lockdown restrictions prevented her from doing so. But she's planning on getting tested as a confirmation. I mentioned it in the article and video.
